Chef Sara Walston

Chef Sara brings nineteen years of kitchen experience at Big Apple Pizzeria to your table.

 

Chef Trey Littleton

Chef Trey has worked along side Chef Sara for 11 years. He has added his own twist of recipes and takes a lot of pride in his presentations and quality of food

Chef James Lunaas

Chef James has worked in restaurants for 10 years and has been working with Chef Sara for 3 years. He brings his love and passion for food when he is cooking.


Chef Jeremy Reason

Chef Jeremy has been in the restaurant business for 6 years and has also served in the military for 5 years.  He is continuing his education in computers while he is making the perfect pizza to meet your taste needs!

​The most important thing to know about us here at Big Apple Pizza is that we pride ourselves on service with high-quality products served quickly and promptly. Along with this, we promise reasonable prices in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Big Apple Pizza is a locally owned, independent business. We have been serving the New Bern since 1992. We greatly appreciate the loyalty we have experienced from the local community.

Producing a high-quality product day in and day out is how we aim to run our family business. Our pizza dough, sauce and marinara are made fresh daily. All of our subs, stromboli’s and calzones are made to order with quality, freshly cut meats and cheeses. We also offer a variety of freshly made salads and pasta dishes. Our menu variety offers something for all, including Philly cheese steaks, burgers and our famous clam pizza.


​We also have a private room that can be used for functions of 20 to 25 people. Please call to make reservations if you would like to use this facility.
